Proposals and Sales Support Engineer

Working closely with the internal Sales Team you will be required to produce high quality proposals to win business. You will be required to work as part of the internal sales team working closely with external sales managers. You must have a very wide ranged engineering background in order to be able to create innovative ways to differentiate ourselves from our competitors during bids.In order to contribute effectively to our business it is also essential that you have a developed understanding of sales strategy, the solutions selling process and how your engineering background can contribute to this. To fulfill the requirements of this role it is also essential for you to possess exceptional communication and presentation skills in order to support the sales team during the sales cycle.

Graduate Trainee

To support the growth of our business we require self motivated graduates with a sound understanding of control software engineering to help develop control systems for the industrial workplace. We are particularly interested in graduates whose qualifications are in control, electrical and electronic engineering or similar. The successful applicants shall work in our Fareham, Chesterfield and Carrington offices and will train as a systems engineer and will work in project teams on various aspects of systems implementation.
